We pride ourselves on being fully inclusive of all players regardless of their physical, mental or emotional state of wellbeing. We will always try our best to accommodate and make reasonable adjustments to enable individuals to take part in our sessions. Purpose & Scope
This policy is designed to demonstrate our commitment to equality and inclusion and to demonstrate the policies and procedures we have in place to ensure equal opportunities and inclusion is observed at all times in everything we do. It outlines where reasonable adjustments may be suitable and what is expected of individuals living with a disability or who possess characteristics protected by law. This policy solidifies our commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the workplace and in the provision of products and services. We value every individual and we are willing and prepared to fulfil their needs and combat discrimination. This policy outlines what we will do to stand by our core values relating to equality, diversity and inclusion and safeguard those who may be at greater risk of experiencing inequality and harssment due to one or more of the characteristics protected from discrimination under the equality legislation. Please remember that, despite the protected characteristics, we have zero tolerance for bullying or harassment of any kind and any person who is seen to be bullying another person whilst taking part in our sessions will be asked to leave and be excluded from all future sessions, for more information, please see relevant terms and conditions found here.

- To regularly review all our employment practices and procedures so that fairness is maintained at all times and inform all employees that an equality and diversity policy is in operation and that they are obligated to comply with its requirements and promote fairness in the workplace and within the organisation. The policy will also be drawn to the attention of funding agencies, stakeholders, customers, learners, and job applicants. equality and diversity policy is fully supported by senior management and has been agreed with trade unions and/or employee representatives.
