Using evidence-based coaching theory, our dodgeball sessions held in Leicester and Leicestershire provide a safe, play-based environment free from judgement and exclusion. Learning to play the sport of dodgeball is just the start of it. Active Future Dodgeball sessions are legendary for their ability to teach transferable skills, improve motor skills and create a socially inclusive culture. It’s a great opportunity to ease children and adults into contact sports and improving balance and coordination.

Dodgeball is played around the world by people of all ages, genders, skills and abilities. It’s a fast-paced game that’s suitable for everyone and can easily be adapted to be suitable for children or adults, as well as people living with disabilities. The rules of simple. Two teams throw a ball attempting to hit the other team’s players and force them out of the game or to catch the balls being thrown at them to stay in the game.

Offering sessions for those focused on fun and personal development, where players can be as competitive as they like, our sessions are run regularly, usually in sports halls across Leicester and Leicestershire. And it’s not just playing the sport of dodgeball, too; we play lots of dodgeball related minigames, including Tunnel of Doom, Bench Dodgeball (an inclusive version of dodgeball) and Secret Agent dodgeball!
